No redressal of complaint even after 3 months - HP Omni 610-1110
Curser moves on its own, opens files / links. Screen zooms-in / out on its own. Some keys on the key-board not working intermittently. Touch screen works intermittently.
Almost 6-7 HP customer care engineers have visted so far but have been unable to redress any of the above problems. We are very frustrated and told them now to replace the PC which they have refused to do.
We bought HP Omni 610-1110 in Mumbai, India, on 25 April 2012 from a HP dealer with 3 year warranty. We began to face above problems about 4 months back. We then complained to HP customer care which has sent engineers to redress the problem without any success so far after 3 months. They made us transfer all data files but all to no avail. We then requested them to replace the PC but they have flatly refused to do so without any reason. We are very frustrated with HP service level.
